Jishnu’s in depth knowledge about operations as well as his experience working in staffing and immigration firms gives him a unique perspective on the leadership of the company in an effective manner to synchronize all teams to a unified goal to assist our clients to prosper in their immigration goals. Jishnu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and furthered his education to obtain a Post Graduation Diploma in International Business Management, and is proficient in English, Hindi and Bengali.

As part of the processing team since its founding, Michal oversees collecting case-specific information and documentation from the clients to fill out their forms. She normally communicates with clients and assists them by providing specific instructions and guidance on their documents. With over 6 years of immigration experience, Michal specializing in the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) applications, she works closely with employers and adheres to a very tight schedule of posting and monitoring advertisements as well as adhering to application deadlines. Michal is fluent in English, Russian and Hebrew.

Parneet is a Head of Case Management (Client Services) working with the company since its founding. Her primary role revolves around harmonizing and streamlining our clients’ immigration journeys. Parneet brings with her over 6+ years of experience working in immigration firms. She ensures all paperwork, including applications are being completed accurately and in a timely manner. Her educational background is enriched with a Bachelor of Commerce (Professional) degree, complemented by postgraduate diplomas in Project Management, Business Management, and Computer Applications. Her multilingual capabilities further enhance her ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds, as she is fluent in Punjabi, English, and Hindi.

Yash currently serves as a recruitment coordinator, overseeing the comprehensive array of recruiting and selection activities for our clients. With a strong background in human resources, Yash is responsible for our company processes to evaluate and refer candidates for open positions through our company resources. Yash possesses a unique aptitude for recognizing a candidate’s abilities and being able to perfectly match that candidate’s talent with the employers’ needs. Through his efforts, Yash’s practice to build strong and dedicated employment relationships between employers and employees has promoted great service and satisfaction from both ends. He has studied B.E. (Bachelor’s in Engineering) + CHRP and speaks Gujarati, Hindi, English, Punjabi.

Balmeet is very passionate about providing quality service to our clients and being transparent and honest from the get-go.
